B. Constitution and by-laws
C. Organizational structure
D. Notarized list of members and their addresses
E. Track record of advocacy proven through a minimum of three (3) verifiable projects, activities, or initiatives addressing the rights and welfare of women in the BARMM, or at least three (3) of its member members having individual track records of the same.
